3.4 lbs lost

Well week 1 of my "diet" is OVER.   It was so hard for me not to step on the scale every single day this week to see my progress.  I really wanted to wait a full week to weigh myself to see the results.  I tend to eat more or punish myself and not eat if the scale has not shown results midweek.  I am trying to make a commitment to only weigh in one time a week.  Happy with a big loss of 3.4 lbs and ready to move on to week 2.  Hope to see a 5lb total loss by next weigh in.  If you are interested in joining me, I would love weight loss, maintainers and exercise friends.  I use myfitnesspal.com and my name is cosmonew.
