Sweetened condensed milk recipe

Need sweetened condensed milk and don't have a can?  Here is a DIY recipe

1/3 cup boiling water
4 T butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered milk

Add all ingredients except milk, blend , add milk, blend.
