Well I managed to get though week 2 of my diet with another 2+ lb loss (6lbs total so far) and am on week 3. I am feeling better, more energetic and finding more foods and activities to fit my new lifestyle.
Mini Me and I go horseback riding now on Tuesday nights, from 5-8. quite a long lesson and even though the horse does most of the work, I still think I burn some calories grooming them, trying to keep my heels down and trying to sit up straight. If my mind could burn calories I would be one skinny Mini.
Took the car for a oil change and thought it would be the perfect place to do homework. Normally we drop off the car and come back later. The dealer said it would take an hour... so we waited. Surprise, surprise it took a little longer than expected, needed an alignment. The kids did get in some awesome study time, though they complained the entire time.
