I am a firm believer in the use of flashcards. I love them for math facts, vocabulary words and ANY isolated learning term. I used them when I was in school in the 80's. I used them when I was in the Army studying for promotions in the 90's. I used them when I was studying for the real estate exam in 2012. Now I am introducing them to my children in my home-school.
Well just like everything else.... flashcards have changed and like everything else they can be done online and they even have "an app for that".
I like cram.com which is also available as an app for your tablet or phone (IPhone or Android). Once you register for a FREE account, you can make your own flashcards or use ones that have already been created. You can study the flashcards online using standard flip cards, test with multiple choice and even play games. You can also print the cards out and use them for the times you are "off-line".
Welcome to Happy Home. Here I store things I want to remember: events and special days, recipes, anecdotes and great deals. Feel free to browse around take what you need and share some of your great advice.
