If you are thinking about home educating but are concerned about not having the skills, time or other resources necessary to teach, K-12 might be your solutions.
K12, http://www.k12.com/ is a real accredited school. In Tennessee, my kids could attend K12 virtual academy and be considered enrolled in school. This may or may not be the same for your state but may be worth checking into.
We looked into the K12 option, but decided against it when we thought we might be traveling in a non wi-fi area for an extended period of time. I may still consider K12 for another year of "home educating" if I decide to go back to work or find content to difficult to teach.
Do you use K12? Why or why doesn't K12 interest you. I'd love to hear your comments.
