Sorry I havn't written, I've been HUNGRY.

Today is day 4 of my "new" diet. I stepped on the scale the other day and was unpleasantly surprised.  So I logged back into "my fitness pal" account and started logging in my food, every single bite.  I also started going to the gym again.  I was eating a crap load of not so good for you foods and very little fruits and vegetables so the scale should have been no surprise.  The number was as high as after I gave birth to Jayden, 8 years ago, I KNOW. WOW!  So anyway, with the huge cutback in calories, especially in the carbohydrate category, I have been feeling hungry and have not had much energy. These feelings will pass, and the cutbacks on food need to happen so I just had to take a little rest from some other things in my life.Eventually I will have more energy, but for now, a nap sounds good.
